Availability & Booking:

Availability is limited by room category. Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. In the rare event that a room category reaches capacity simultaneously across payment options, Wild Ivory will contact you promptly to offer an alternative room option or a full refund.

Payment Plan Summary

3-Month Payment Plan: This purchase enrolls you in a 3-payment monthly plan of $1,733.33. The first payment is charged today. The remaining two payments are automatically charged monthly on the same calendar day. Your reservation is confirmed once your first payment is successfully processed.

Missed Payments

If a payment fails and is not successfully completed after the payment processor’s retry attempts, Wild Ivory reserves the right to cancel your reservation and retain payments made to cover committed costs.

Refund / Cancellation

All payments are non-refundable due to advance planning, contracted vendors, and limited capacity. If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another participant (subject to approval and completion of required forms and purchasing personalized items being provided at the retreat for new participant) up to 60 days before the retreat.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By purchasing and participating in the Wild Ivory Retreat, you acknowledge that retreat activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, beach and ocean environments, physical movement, group activities, and related experiences. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Wild Ivory LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and any third-party vendors, venues, chefs, transportation providers, instructors, guides, and partners engaged during the retreat (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation, including claims based on alleged negligence, except where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your actions, omissions, or breach of these terms.

Medical & Fitness Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining that you are medically, physically, and emotionally able to participate. You agree to disclose relevant allergies or dietary needs and understand that accommodations are made to the best of our ability but cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

Payment Default

If you do not complete the agreed-upon payment plan, your reservation may be canceled and your spot forfeited. Any payments made may be retained as liquidated damages to cover committed costs.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of each participant.

Photo & Media Release

You grant permission for Wild Ivory LLC to use photographs or video taken during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to the retreat.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
