Inspired by the untamed power and grace of female elephants who fiercely protect and uplift one another, Wild Ivory exists to spark connection, cultivate adventure, and empower local women and businesses alike.
In elephant herds, it’s the oldest, wisest female who leads. She guides with experience, protects with love, and ensures the safety and well-being of the group. That’s the energy we embody as women who lead ourselves, our families, our businesses, and each other—together.
Female elephants are deeply emotional creatures with powerful memories. They form lifelong bonds and are known to grieve, celebrate, comfort and protect each other. When one female elephant is in distress they do what’s called “circling up”. They gather around her and protect her vulnerability from the outside world.
Born from the belief that women are meant to live more fully—more joy, more connection, more freedom, more community—Wild Ivory is a space where strength meets softness, where leadership is shared, and where meaningful experiences bring women together.

The Heart Behind Wild Ivory
Hello! I’m Lex and I’m so glad you found your way here—welcome. After walking through infertility, moving multiple times for my husband’s job, and weathering the isolation of the pandemic, I realized I was longing for something more. I found myself missing something. Something valuable, that had once been abundant in my life, and that I realized I needed again - connection. While I love being a wife, a mom, and a human navigating this life—it can be hard. Really hard. And, at times, deeply lonely, but it doesn’t have to be.
I came to realize my story was a common one. And so, Wild Ivory was born. I wanted a place where I could show up as myself—no expectations, no filters, just me- and I wanted other women to feel that too. I built the community I was missing, the one that I knew that women needed. Wild Ivory is a space where all of you are welcome, in whatever way you show up. I can’t wait to hear your story.
