Founded by hospitality veteran and certified paddle instructor Jennifer Fecteau, Posh Paddle blends adventure, relaxation, and a touch of luxury across every paddle boarding experience. Whether you’re floating past local landmarks, pairing your paddle with a picnic, or raising a glass after a guided tour, every outing is thoughtfully curated to bring joy, connection, and ease.
High Definition Yoga
HD Fitness introduces a modern approach to prop-based yoga, combining traditional practice with innovative tools such as the Yoga Trapeze, Yoga Wheel, yoga blocks, and straps. These props make yoga accessible for beginners while giving experienced yogis new ways to deepen and advance their practice.
Known for their blend of athletic yoga and fitness training, HD Fitness offers classes that deliver a high-intensity yet low-impact workout. This unique approach is especially beneficial for individuals with sensitive joints, previous injuries, or ligament concerns, making it a safe yet powerful way to build strength, flexibility, and resilience.
Carey Cottage at GoodWork
GoodWork Seacoast is a nonprofit incubator based in Portsmouth, NH, dedicated to supporting early-stage charitable organizations with coaching, mentoring, and shared resources.
Its headquarters is Carey Cottage, a beautifully restored historic “summer cottage” on Sagamore Creek, now offering co-working space, affordable nonprofit offices, and meeting/event rooms for rent.
Carey Cottage also includes six one-bedroom apartments prioritized for lower-income households (up to 80% of area median income).
The public can reserve meeting rooms (e.g. Music Room, Board Room, Training Room), host retreats, workshops, or special events there.

Fox Cottage Farm
Fox Cottage Farm is a boutique floral farm in Portsmouth, NH, run by Shannon Shipman, creating artisanal arrangements from locally grown blooms.
Fox Cottage Farm and Bird Dog Cider have teamed up to cultivate a spectacular dahlia field on Bird Dog’s grounds, where visitors can wander among vivid blooms and snip fresh flowers at their leisure.
Throughout the season, events like “Dahlias After Dusk” offer a magical evening experience: garden light, cider tasting, and hands-on flower picking.
Sunday Supper
Sunday Supper was created during the pandemic, when the restaurant industry came to a halt and its founder longed for connection through food. What began in a small kitchen above Market Square—filled with cooking experiments, contactless meals, and holiday catering—quickly grew into something bigger.
The first supper in September 2020 welcomed just 15 guests, but the mission was clear: to bring back the tradition and community of gathering around the table. Today, Sunday Supper has grown into a commercial kitchen and thriving community, sharing meals that celebrate connection, comfort, and the joy of food week after week.
