What’s included:
a booth space
one 6-foot table
booth number assigned ahead of time
early shopping access before VIP and general admission
event marketing
charity donation pickup at the end for unsold items you choose not to take home
Table/booth renter agreement
By reserving a table/booth, you agree to the following:
no refunds on reservations
please let us know within 48 hours if you can no longer attend so we can offer your spot to the waitlist
leave your space as you found it
women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories only
venue and hosts are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items
you must have Venmo set up and a way to collect cash
you must bring at least 30 items to sell
all items should be in good condition
brand lists must be submitted to Lex + Sydney in advance

VIP includes:
early entrance to shop for 1 hour before general admission
complimentary coffee upon arrival
