  • Women in their twenties through their seventies who give a lot and rarely stop to receive. First-timers and returning guests, women coming solo and women coming with a friend. If you have been telling yourself you will do something for you this year, this is the one.

  • The luxury weekend is held at CIVANA Wellness Resort and Spa in Carefree, Arizona, in the Sonoran Desert just outside Scottsdale. Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX), about an hour away.

    Shared Transportation

    Shared airport transfers to and from Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) are available at a cost of $60 round-trip or $35* each way (inclusive of taxes & service charge). Shared transports are scheduled 3 times per day; departing from the resort at 7am, 10am, and 1pm, and picking up from PHX at 8am, 11am, and 2pm. If the shared transfer schedule does not meet your airport transportation needs or coincide with your flight departure time, private transportation may be arranged for an additional fee. Please note, airport transfer reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure.

    Private Transportation

    Private airport transfers to and from Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) are available at a cost of $300 round-trip or $175* each way (inclusive of taxes & service charge for 3 passengers). Please note, airport transfer reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure. *Additional fee of $75 will be applied for 4 or more passengers. Additional fee of $25 will be applied for transfers between 10pm to 4am.

  • A private room is entirely your own. A shared room has two queen beds for you and a friend, or a woman we pair you with. Same beautiful room, same everything included.

  • Quite the opposite. This retreat is intentionally designed to bridge the gap between stranger and friend. If you book a shared room, our post-booking survey ensures you are paired with a roommate whose energy complements your own.

    You are absolutely welcome to come alone, and many women do. That is part of the magic. You arrive on your own and leave with fourteen new friends.

  • A $750 deposit holds your spot, then the balance is split into easy monthly payments, paid in full by December 22, 2026.

  • A gentle balance. Shared meals and a few meaningful evenings anchor each day, and the middle of every day is wide open for the spa, the trails, or rest. You are never overscheduled.

  • Comfortable clothes you can move and relax in, layers for cool desert evenings, and a swimsuit for the pools and spa waters. We will send a full packing note once you book.

  • Due to the limited capacity and advance commitments made for the retreat, all payments are non-refundable.

    If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another participant with prior approval.

Terms & Conditions

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By purchasing and participating in the Wild Ivory Retreat, you acknowledge that retreat activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, beach and ocean environments, physical movement, group activities, and related experiences. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Wild Ivory LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and any third-party vendors, venues, chefs, transportation providers, instructors, guides, and partners engaged during the retreat (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation, including claims based on alleged negligence, except where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your actions, omissions, or breach of these terms.

Medical & Fitness Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining that you are medically, physically, and emotionally able to participate. You agree to disclose relevant allergies or dietary needs and understand that accommodations are made to the best of our ability but cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

Payment Default

If you do not complete the agreed-upon payment plan, your reservation may be canceled and your spot forfeited. Any payments made may be retained as liquidated damages to cover committed costs.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of each participant.

Photo & Media Release

You grant permission for Wild Ivory LLC to use photographs or video taken during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to the retreatGoverning Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
